Lebanon Marketing & Services Company (LEBMASCO) was established in Beirut, Lebanon as a joint venture between PRIME Corporation and local Lebanese partners.
PRIME Corporation Heavy Machinery was formed to capitalize on the Middle East’s burgeoning infrastructure expansion.
1989
PRIME Corporation formed DIDARA Company and DIDARA started its operation in Film and Print industry.
1991 saw the first delivery of HONDA CIVIC Hatch Back and HONDA CIVIC Sedan, marking the restart of the automotive trade in the Middle East. The subsequent formation of SAAZ Motors began a new chapter in driving the nation.
KODAK appointed DIDARA as the sole distributor of KODAK Film & Print in MENA Region

PGC has been formed to focus on commodities trading division of the Group.
PRIME Corporation started cooperation with Philip Morris International focused on CIS countries tobacco Market

SAAZ Motors restarted operation working on various CBU imports. Mainly Hyundai, Toyota, Kia and Lexus.
Group went through a restructuring process by introducing Energy, Automotive and FMCG as main lines of business.
2010
MOHAMOIL got listed with Russneft company in Russia and ONGC Videsh in India.
PGC introduced first mixed used commercial goods in UAE market.
2011
SAAZ Motors entered CIS automotive market by supplying vehicles to Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.

Group opened a branch office in Los Angeles, USA.
